Every Trisakti cashew goes through a meticulous multi-step process to ensure you receive the freshest, most uniform kernels.

Sourcing

Raw kernels procured from trusted, established processing units with consistent track records. We ensure each source follows our strict environmental and quality parameters before shipping.

Inspection

Each incoming lot is checked for color, breakage, moisture, and foreign matter before it enters our stock. Anything that doesn't meet our strict standards is rejected at the gate.

Grading

Kernels are sorted to standard counts — W180, W240, W320, W450, splits and pieces — never mixed. Precise grading ensures uniform roasting and consistent crunch throughout the batch.

Roasting

Ready-to-eat ranges are roasted in small batches on order, so flavored stock never sits stale. We use slow-roasting techniques to lock in the rich, natural flavor of the cashews.

Packing
